Can be machine washed once in a while for a deep clean - place item in a laundry bag to avoid brass fittings damaging your machine
If polishing the brass fitting, be mindful of touching the flat rope to avoid staining

Choose Your Resolution: We offer a refund (excluding shipping), store credit, or an exchange.

Send It Back: Items must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We’ll Guide You: For returns within South Africa, you can drop off or courier the item to us. For international returns, we will provide you with the closest return address (UK, Germany, or USA).

For Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover the costs and make it right for you.

We offer a 6 month product warranty: Valid from the date of purchase providing you have proof of order or the original receipt.
